Shipping and Handling
Shipping charges are flat rate and determined by weight. Orders weighing less than 16 oz (including the box/envelope) are a flat rate of $5.99. Orders 16 oz and over are a flat rate of $8.99.
Delivery
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-4 business days of when they are placed. Packages are sent USPS First Class Package, USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Package, or UPS Ground. Transit times depend on the carriers and other conditions beyond our control, such as weather, but are normally 2-6 days after leaving our facility. If you have not received your order, first check your tracking information. If it has been more than 10 business days since you placed your order, please contact us at hello@becausecosmetics.com so that we can help you locate your order. Orders with the same delivery address may be combined.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are ever not satisfied with the performance of your BeCause Cosmetics product, please first contact the Affiliate with whom you placed your order. We do not accept returns for color or shade selection. Make sure to always sample products before you buy to make sure you are purchasing the correct color or shade.
We’ll gladly accept your returns for BeCause Cosmetics products upon receiving your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date. Be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice and the reason for your return. The estimated refund time is approximately 30 business days from the receipt date of your return. We’re sorry, but all shipping fees are not refundable. Please send all returns to the attention of:
